RBCC Posted March 21, 2010 Share Posted March 21, 2010 It is a digitally signed file! use unsinger then do all of your edits, go to tucows and buy a signing certificate and resign the file! The 7background.rar file is on Mediafire and I DLed it OK. I was also wondering if it is OK to copy the same .dll file to the System32 and SysWOW64 folders. The two original files are not the same.
