vlite problem on windows 7 ultimate

I have Windows 7 ultimate RTM, I came to know that "vlite v1.12 final" is a software which can tweak any OS. I was trying to tweak one of my OS' but I am getting an error, here are the details of that error:

I have downloaded a modified windows 7 and that is very beautiful but too bulky. It is about 4 GB and want to make is light with the help of vlite. Primarily I thought this error is because of .net framework, but I have already installed .net framework but still getting the error.
