ExTruckie Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Hi All!!I just set up a home file server on my network. I have a minor issue when using IE to run Webmin to administer the server. I get a bad security certificate error and IE won't logon to the server unless I tell it to ignore the error. How do I make IE stop that I have tried to turn it off by changing the server ip to a trusted site and a restricted site. Neither worked properly.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
tain Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 An unsigned certificate will throw a prompt. You have to pay money to a certification authority (VeriSign) to get it signed and avoid the prompt.
