gtd4242
I was curious if anyone here might know the commands used, or a good source that I can use with regard to correcting a 0 LBA problem on a 7200.3 Momentus drive. Drive recognized properly in BIOS. No clicking. Simply shows 0 lba just like the 7200.11 drives. I've done quite a few 7200.11's but this is the first Momentus drive I've seen with these symptoms. I have another 7200.3 drive here that I'm using to practice with, but the typical command to regenerate the partition on the 7200.11 doesn't appear to be the same.In terminal I get normal output:Rst 0x10MI enter:F3 T>m0,2,2,0,0,0,0,22and get:DiagError 0000500E Process Defect List ErrorR/W Sense 00000002, R/W Error 841C0087, List Offset 00000000, File Error 00000001Like I said, that was just a practice drive I'm using, so I don't mind taking chances with that one. I want to make sure I have the right command for this particular model, before I try and restore the drive that is having the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I had seen those couple of links. I know the command is something simple, and I just can't find it anywhere. I've looked everywhere, or at least it seems like I have.
