Could not opoen history file

I downloaded the "wpi.exe" and really liked it but it seems that it just runs the original config and option files and it doesn't accept switches like "config=config2.js" and "options=useroptions2.js"

Is there any way to use this loader (wpi.exe) with these switches ?
