Hi. I used nlite for XPsp3 ,the unattended setup is fine but i can't install IE8 as a normal installation,in original setup it works fine.With Nlite I've removed Security Center and Automatic Updates services, that could be the problem ?

Could be automatic updates...

Try installing with the /update-no switch.
