PS. is 30C Idle good for a CPU ?? and 37C under load ?

Yeah those are good temps. Mine is around 33C at idle and can get well over 40C and even up to 50C at load. Still good temps.

Are those temps good enough to OC with because on my 667Mhz RAM set my E2140 can go to about 2.8 - 3Ghz I hear.
