Hello again,

In the case I wouldn't find one single convenient keyboard to type in many languages, I consider having several keyboards connected at the same time to the computer.

  • How many keyboards can I connect and use? 1, 2, 6...?
  • Is this possible with Ps2 connectors and some splitter? Or Usb only?
  • Are all keyboards active at the same time?
  • Do I need to switch the layout applied by Windows when I go from one keyboard to another?

Thanks!

as much as you have ports (usb or PS2)

both. Only PS2 needs to be plugged at boot (no plug&play)

  • Are all keyboards active at the same time?
yes but with one same config (also for NumLock-ShiftLock)

  • Do I need to switch the layout applied by Windows when I go from one keyboard to another?
so yes. Use Alt+Shift to switch languages and corresponding keyboard
