Anonid Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 I'd like to modify the Welcome screen which displays as XP loads up (it has the single word 'Welcome' across the middle).I need to do this without using a program that installs on the PC. 2 questions:1. Perhaps I can use resource hacker or similar here?The second link takes me to a page where there are 2 dead links and the third is an installable program, not what I am after.
