client side server setting for fear 2

i am hoping that someone knows how to edit the client side server settings for fear 2 or know of a program that lets you do this.

I am not looking to edit maps just the settings like gravity,jump speed , etc.

please let me know, if you know.

I do not know if you can change gravity etc using this but have a look anyway.
