hi, i am interested in making my own customized o/s,and is the main reason i joined this forum.

i am hoping that someone knows how to edit the client side server settings for fear 2 or know of a program that lets you do this. I am not looking to edit maps just the settings like gravity,jump speed , etc. please let me know, if you know. thanx
