Hey all,

Can anyone suggest a free software that will take a snapshot of the registry, files and can run a compare between 2 snapshots?

Regshot ? freeware. (I googled for 3 seconds)

Make sure to search for Regshot 2 Unicode. It's much better than 1.82.

The authors site has been gone for quite a while. I'll upload it somewhere if you can't locate it.

The already mentioned RegShot would probably be your best bet. Wise Installer and SMS Installer have good options too, but both are far from free.
