How i can make my own "Animated" winntbbu.dll file.......!!!!

I think that is not possible, winntbbu.dll supports only bmp files, so you can not create it animated.

fantastic idea,

im about to start playing with makebmp from the ieak 6 package (its not in ieak 8). It says it is browser based, but im rooting for some undocumented functionality

Boooo makebmp = only does 22 x22 and 38x38 (being for your browser icons and such), so you could have a really small animated billboard?
