hello again, your knowledgeable experience and help is needed once more. i have GX150 and when i power on it shows some hearts, slashes, etc (just gibberish symbols), am using the a11 bios, is there a downgrade bios or is there anyway of fixing this?

i tried flashing the bios with the a11 floppyless upgrade and it says its the same so it will exit...

Hey I have one of those exact PC's with that same BIOS. Try testing your graphics card and monitor on separate computers or are you using the integrated graphics?

Looks like a Memory problem to me. Disconnect the power cable from the wall-outlet and put the "start button" for a few second. Take out the RAM and reseat the RAM again, check before you put it back in if the contacts are not dirty and use a pensile eraser to clean the memory contacts. Put back the power cable and turn the PC on again and see if that helped.

If it didn't help than replace the memory but don't forget to do it like I told you above.

if replacing the memory doesn't help than replace the motherboard.
