vitural os thingy

hey is there a vitural os thing like vm workstation or some thing that will work on win 9x (prefer free but dont matter)

or is there a old version of the soft ware now that will work on 9x

Oldish versions of Virtual PC do work on 9x systems.

As well there are Qemu versions that work from DOS/W9x/Me.

Try and install° fixed VNETBIOS.VXD from <http://www.mdgx.com/files/Q272991.EXE>

Worked beautifully here : running Win 2k in Connectix VPC 5.1 under Win 98 SE, networking fully functional

@ Ninho : Nope, that didnt help. Other thing I found out is that when the virtual machine writes over 1GB of data I get a BSOD in Win XP.

@ jaclaz : QGUI runs without problems and the internet can be acessed as well. I have one more question. Is it possible to share a folder with the guest machine as in VPC 5.1 ?
