Booting from USB

Is there a guide on here or somewhere on the net where i can create a windows XP 32bit image that is up to date with all hotfixes / patches and boots from a USB stick?

If not has anyone done it before?

Sure it has been done.

But they are two separate processes:

1) integrate all needed updates/hotfixes

2) install to USB device
