[BUG] Tooltips do not show?

Hi guys in the latest version v7.2.2 the tooltips I have written for the apps I have do not show up when the mouse pointer is hovered over them. I have it enabled within the options of WPI so no idea what the problem is.

Any help? Sorry in advance if this is not a proper bug.

Depends on the theme. Some themes have them disabled because they do not show up right.

Ah thanks Kel! Im using Vista Ultimate theme so thats probably the cause sorry to bother you with this rather daft question!
