Sorry to say, there is not.

(Trivia: the only nonpublic version of HFSLIP that was ever created and not publicized was for Windows NT 4.)

There is a similar tool for Vista called vLite.

Yes, but no one to date has created a all-in-one security updates pack that can be integrated with vlite. One must find and download all updates manually and then integrate them.
