Create Partition

What better for the creation of a partition on a new hard drive.

I will be installing Vista on a new hard drive, and what to know which is the better option.

A: Use Diskpart and create & Format hard drive before Vista Install commences

or

B: Just put in DVD and then allow Vista setup to create & format.

Did anyone have any ideas on the best option?

Neither is better. The fancy GUI front end under the hood will probably call the same APIs that diskpart does to create the partition, so it probably makes no difference
