xp icons

anyone know where i can get the XP icons so i can use them in 98...im tryin to make it look as XP like as possible without using WindowBlinds or another skinning program....

Im not sure if this will work, but why dont you just try to copy the icon files,put them on a zip or somthing and pop them into your 98 comp, and copy them to a directory and when you change the particular icon, browse and point it to that particular Directory.

i know of a person who just made the icons..I'll try and find those.. but no promises

I cam pm you a little reg file that makes ur icons look like xp, used it ages ago when i was running 98 and winxp wasnt released

u can pm it to me...what exactly does it do?....other than that i would have to d/l an icon sec b/c i dont have an XP cd :cry ....

Well basically it only a 190kb reg file so u put it in ur C:/windows/system32 folder click on it to add to ur registry

so then ur icons will automatically change to look like xp icons

it also comes with an uninstall if u dont like it
