how to set sharing permissions on local area network?

hi all,

how to set sharing permissions on local area connection.

in my workgroup has 5 pcs and all pc's connected with 8 port switch in network.

i want to setup permissions like I can Access all PC from my pc. and No One Can access my pc. only they see my pc in network.
