ya i got all that it just

looks like i need the bios update to run Tualatin cpus

but am sure thats not the bios update for my mother board

The decision is yours. Install the BIOS or not. If you install the wrong BIOS your motherboard is junk.

Check to make sure it is indeed the motherboard that you have and then install the BIOS. Sometimes motherboard differ from geographic areas. Find out what market this board was designed for and go to the appropriate support site.

The big black thing is an ISA slot.

How do I know this?

I looked in the specs and saw "1x ISA slot" then Googled it.
