jaclaz Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 It actually depends on the files you actually have on your machine. Some OEM pre-installed systems do have a \I386 directory on HD.Check these:http://www.msfn.org/board/Help-restore-cd-frust-t70301.htmlhttp://www.911cd.net/forums//index.php?showtopic=16381It can be a long and cumbersone process, however.jaclaz
TheFlash428 Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 u cantthe best u can probly do is an image of your pc now & just revert back to itI think that's what "bradybigd" may have been referring to.Are you trying to make a backup of your current system so it can be restored later, or just trying to make an XP installation disk? There are several products that will allow you to create an image of your hard drive so you can restore it later, such as Norton Ghost, Acronis True Image or Image for Windows...just to name a few.
