The cleaner seems to do a pretty good job.I had reasonably good luck with the registry cleaner so far, as well (about 800 entries on the first pass). I'm running the Malware monitor, but I don't know if there's a real way to test it to see whether it works out. I'll probably try their anti-spam thing, as well as a couple of others.
