Random Theme Built-in WPI

Hello, all! Then i'm enable "random theme" in Options in WPI - i'm got error - in line 168, and theme will be not change. Version of WPI 7.1.1.

That was a bug that snuck through in the last release. I have already fixed it. Sorry.
