MtK Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 Hello,I just reformatted my PC & reinstalled Office 2007.I have my PST files in E:\mail\MtK.pst, so I changed the Data File to be the default (all emails/folders were imported correctly).I've created my Email Accounts & when I tried setting their corresponding delivery folder, I got:an unknown error occurred, error code: 0x8000ffffIs there anything I can do with it (without loosing my emails)?
Krispy Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 I had exactly the same error message occur after I installed Office 2007 and tried to run Outlook.I had just installed the same software on 3 other PCs with no problem.The problem PC was a Dell Inspiron 6000. What was yours?Another strange thing - on this PC immediately after installation when I went to "Initiate" Office 2007 online , I received a response indicating that it was already initiated.
