_hunter Posted September 24, 2008 Author Posted September 24, 2008 Attached. Also I've tried to connect from different computer -- result was the same. So, looks like, problem not in the clients/client channels...hunt.rar
_hunter Posted September 24, 2008 Author Posted September 24, 2008 What is more interesting: I've tried computer, connected to the same provider as mine. And connection was successful...
browney595 Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 I have just tired to connect using the RDP you posted and i get the normal login page as if the client has accepted the connection on your end
cluberti Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Is this Vista Home Premium, or Vista Ultimate? It matters - Vista Home (Basic and Premium) do not allow *inbound* RDP connections, whereas Ultimate does.
_hunter Posted September 25, 2008 Author Posted September 25, 2008 browney595, this is absolutely strange... It's looks like the problem is somewhere in channels... But is it possible?cluberti, ultimate.
_hunter Posted September 25, 2008 Author Posted September 25, 2008 (edited) browney595, do You mean this (Clipboard01.jpg) login page (it appears before any connection actually made), or "vista's login page"? -- I've recently found vista's image and it has the same problem... browney595 Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 yes as you state the user credentials page does come up and if you enter some random information it does kick back with autentication failure messages
