gary_mc Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 (edited) I repair PC's for a living and have attempted to slipstream SP3 into several retail and OEM edition XP CD's.XP Home SP2 to SP3 works like a charmXP Pro and Pro VLK appear to slipstream correctly but on install all the START/ALL PROGRAMS menu only shows the System tools group and no other programs.MCE loads the XP Pro component but refuses to install MC extensions effectively creating a crippled XP Pro install.I have used the slipstream function provided by Microsoft and the latest version of N-Lite with the same result.It only appears to be a problem with all versions of XP Pro I have to hand Edited September 10, 2008 by gary_mc
