Patch TCP Half Open Limited In Memory By Virtual Device Driver

Now,I have a new way to modify TCP half open limited. It does not need to modify the file tcpip.sys in harddisk, It just patch tcpip.sys in memory by a driver.

Features:

1) Safe And Easy: Modifies Tcpip.sys in memory. The changes take effect immediately; do not need to restart the computer.

And because there is no disabled SFC, patch file will not to a 100% success, because Windows will automatically resume tcpip.sys.

I get a bluescreen upong rebooting after installing this on Vista. It bluescreens due to tcpip.sys, and after rebooting into safe-mode and uninstalling the driver all is solved...

Which version of tcpip.sys?
