I have now found a way round this anyway guys im now simply run the driverpacks finisher from the WPI so i can just reboot after the WPI has finished.

I think I can make you a program that checks if certain process is running and when it stops it loads shutdown.exe

But it wouldn't be universal, you should have Visual Basic 6 Runtime files copied and registered.
