August 9, 200818 yr I want my installation to be equal to the original. I just want to add some drivers and SP3.Can I disable the unattended mode?
August 9, 200818 yr In the Unattended Mode section select Prompt Repair in the drop down menu ..EDIT: Actually if you dont select Unattended it shouldn't give you an Unattended install? Not real sure as I gave up with nLite and did it all the hard way ... Edited August 9, 200818 yr by mazmorbid
August 9, 200818 yr Author But if I set "Prompt repair", it will force the "Hide pages" and the setup will "not display the user interface during installation".
August 10, 200818 yr You should be able to disable unattended by either deleting or renaming the file, WINNT.SIF.1. Just open a command window (Start --> Run --> "cmd").2. Peruse to your i386 folder in your XP source files.3. Type in "ren winnt.sif winnt.old"4. The installation will no longer be unattended.
