frustrating error message

While using nlite to make a custom install I keep getting this error.......C:\Windows\hfslip\hfslip200.ini can not be located, Then several other errors, Same as above only its hfslip201.ini can not be located and 203.ini could not be located all the way to hfslip206.ini could not be located.

I have reinstalled nlite a few times, tried a older verson. Keep getting this error. Just not sure what the issue could be. I am lost and frustrated. Hope you all can help.

I have googled, I know the verson of xp I am using is fine, few days ago I made a custom install and all went fine. Tried to make another modified verson using the same copy of xp and no luck. It does have sp3 in it. Just makes no sense.

I use microsoft virtual pc the latest verson wit updated service pack to test the modified vesions I try to make.
