You need to slipstream the service pack for XP x64 within an x64 environment, such as XP x64, 2003 x64, or Vista x64.

Yes !!! you are trying in 32-bit environment...You must try to 64bit Windows

im using xp pro 64bit

Have you tried slipstreaming SP2 from a CMD window?

WindowsServer2003.WindowsXP-KB914961-SP2-x64-ENU.exe /integrate:<sourcepath>

make sure you've got the right SP2, its the windows 2003 x64 sp2 you want

It's corrupted! Sorry.

In fact, that error message usually means that the file is corrupted by far!

You likely only have a file that's not even 1 MB!

Please check you internet connection. The router or ethernet controller may be bad.
