I search a power toy for windows 98 to convert a image file Jpg to Bmp or Bmp to Jpg.

I know Image Resizer but it is for Windows XP.

If you know a easy tools, ask me thanks you.

Try Jpeg123 converter.

Two popular programs: Irfanview from here: http://www.irfanview.com or Xnview from there: http://www.xnview.com.

Btw, yesterday was released a newer version of Irfanview (4.20) and Xnview is a program created by the French programmer.

They're not big: you can install one of them (or both) without plugins, extra tools, etc.
