How to restrict every website except yahoo & hotmail

i need to restrict internet usage but allow access to only yahoo and hotmail, but they can only login with a given e-mail address and password. So if they try any other e-mail address to login it will not have access to the interenet or will not login.

is there a way to do this? a script, policy, software, anything?

With a proxy you can probably write a rule to restrict all then white list those two. But you can't restrict what email address they log in with.

To restrict email address logins you'll have to run your own server between the users and the email services, or make a front-end application to the email services.

Hotmail requires a full e-mail address when logging in to any MSN Site anyway (***Do not allow saving of user's addresses,passwords!!!)...so just lock it in with the required password in Administators section for your guest's logon requirements for internet access
