this file is really exist.

My question is:

1.how to delete?

2.how to create this file?

I had tried some commands,like...

1)del "d:\temp\/reg.asp."

2)rd \\?\d:\temp\"/reg.asp."

3)rm D:\temp\/reg.asp

4)Unlocker

Google for and install Unlocker...

It will delete that file for you.

As how to create it, I have no clue as to what the file is much less what it does...

I assume you've already tried right-click>click "delete" whilst holding shift (just deletes - doesn't go to recycle)?

Killbox may be worth a go (you'll have to google it, I can't remember where I downloaded it from).

If there is no other .asp file that you need, you coud try renaming it

"ren *.asp x.asp" check the result then "delete x.asp"

use PARAGON cdboot

it will do it
