Herz Locked in Windows

When making a custom Windows install with Nlite, you can choose the FPS you want to have after installing Windows.

I did this, but now i can't play many game because of it.

My system:

- 9600pro

- Xp Pro Sp2 EN

I tried multiple tools to change my Herz at a give resolution, but with no succes yet.

I beleve it's locked in the register.

I did manage to change the FPS at my normal resolution (1600x1200 @ 85 herz) with a tool.

So, can someone tell me where in the register i can find this key, or does anyone know a fix for it?

Fixed

Dxdiag showed that my D3d did not work.

Solution:

Downgraded my driver tot version 7.7
