How to add add-ons on nlite iso

I would like to make a small iso for my laptop including the specific drivers, sp3 and some applications like firefox and mwp 11, i have downloaded the .cab files for this and tried to make an iso with nlite. but tried with vmware didn't work. os runs ok but application does not install. pls help
