Yes. You also need to partition the drive before installing XP so that the D: (in your case) is formatted otherwise the install crashes.

thanks alot... that is cool but i think i will point them to C and install xp on D at the end of the HD... that way is easier to manage the partitions, and making a ghost iamge of xp will be alot easier
