grrl250 Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 I used nLite to create a setup disk for Win2K. Now that it's loaded I can't find Users and Passwords in Control Panel. There isn't even an entry for it in TweakUI. I didn't think it was possible to delete user accounts and can't find anything related to that in Last_Session.ini (attached).Last_Session.ini
Ponch Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 Check your cd or your ProgramFiles\nLite\Presets folder for "Last Session_u.ini". The passwords should be readable in the "users" section.
grrl250 Posted July 1, 2008 Author Posted July 1, 2008 I don't see a Users section. The only entries are:AdminPassword =TimeZone = CDKey = ComputerName = FullName = OrgName = Language = Locale =Keyboard = LanguageGroup = DomainAdmin = DomainPass = JoinDomain = JoinWorkgroup =
Ponch Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 Errr... My answer is totally off the mark I can't see what's missing from your ini file. Did you start with a standard source ?You can try running "nusrmgr.cpl" and create a shortcut to it as a workaround.
grrl250 Posted July 2, 2008 Author Posted July 2, 2008 Yes, I used a standard source CD but can't find nusrmgr.cpl in C:\. That must mean it really wasn't installed. I did a search of the source CD and can't find any file with that or a similar name. Is it different for Win2K?

Is it different for Win2K?Hmm try opening a run box (start menu -> run) and write nusrmgr.cpl and if that don't work, search for nusrmgr.cp_ in the source cd, cause it's CAB compressed, and on the installation cd it misses the last extension character. Don't know why though, don't ask me If you can't find it try downloading it from the internet (might be worth a shot )
