Customizing drivers for nlite use,

Hello all..

In some drivers, nvidia graphics card drivers f.ex., there are several things i dont need when integrating the drivers, for example i dont need the *setup files as well as .bmp files and so on.

And then i also dont need/want more specifically the uninstaller registry entries, as i want the drivers to be cleanly installed into the system as if they was with the xp cd originally.

So in order to make a batch file to delete text from a .inf file, i would need some kind of tool to do that, that could be run via batch file, and of course the point is to have this down to an automatic task, no input then required.

If not there is such a tool already to do the entire task, i think i have read somewhere about such a tool for drivers, but i cant seem to remember/find it.

Any thoughts?
