Office 2003 not finding transforms

When installing Office 2003:

Setup cannot find the transforms

Here's the code:

"%wpipath%\Install\Office2003_English\SETUP.EXE" TRANSFORMS="%wpipath%\Install\Office2003_English\Office2003.MST /qb-"

How should this be changed for it to work?

Make sure the mst file is in the same folder as setup.exe.
