How to make A CPL Application ?

hello,

I've been wondering how to make a cpl for the hardware Monitor utility by CPUID, this tool is very neat and usful ... i have no programing experience and i dont know how do this. I tryed searching on the net but all i found was codes to be deployed in C++ or programing tools.

Thanks, but the i dont know what is required enteries to be added to the registery to make the cpl, and regarding the cpl file maker it's only a demo program.

if anyone could give us the registery file or provide us with a full version of the program.

There is a CPL AIO addon with CPUZ and HWMonitor in it that uses the registry to create a CPL link
