nlite CD key skip problems... ?

Hi everyone .. Been using nlite 1.4.5 with no problems .. but for some reason now it wont skip the CD Key or do any of the silent install options .! I'm trying to do an XP SP3 install disc and just doing some fine tuning and now i want to do the final version and its started doing this .. .. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled with no changes .. I am running dual boot Vista Ultimate SP1 x86 .. and XP SP3 x86 .. tried it on both operating systems with the same result ... I am testing it using Microsoft VM .. any help greatly appreciated ..
