I dont really know, but i seem to recall hearing good stuff about dragon, http://www.nuance.com/dragonstories/

I know they have several product line ups. Probably worth a peek i guess. Let me know how if you find it useful.

As far as i have tested vista's own text--voice stuff, it doesnt really work. Keeps translating what i say to some complete gibberish.
