I have Asrock K8NF6G-VSTA Motherboard and am getting a choice to choose which CPU i will use un this motherboard

please help me choose the better one.

Sempron has SSE3 and the Athlon doesn't, does it matter or whats the disadvantage of having SSE3?

I'd go with the Athlon, it's a better quality CPU and faster speed. Sempron is used for light weight work, but when you have options like this I say go with Athlon and you won't be sorry.

Thanks guys

but what about the SSE3 feature?

What difference would it make?

SSE3 is only used by some programs, and for the most part, isn't a "make or break" feature for a CPU (unless you're running OSX). In your case, I'd go for the Athlon64.
