How to remove the CPU 100% with Firefox & Flash

its been annoying when you go on a website with flash Ads then you'll see your CPU usage booms up to 100%, so

I started using FlashBlock lately. By default, it doesn’t load any flash.

To summarize the steps to reclaim your CPU from Firefox:

1. Install FlashBlock plugin http://flashblock.mozdev.org/

2. Disable Java

You don't need flashblock, you need adblock plus. You will love it, i haven't seen ads in years, and when i am on someone else's pc, its a different and worse net experience. I gotta love AdBlock.

I got one better: the NoScript extension for Firefox.

I got one even better. Minefield (Firefox Nightly Builds) or Firefox 3 Release Canidate 1.

Even on FF 2.0.0.* i never had 100% cpu with any kind of flash. Try updating your flash player. http://adobe.com.
