please they can explain all the forms to me possible to recover of a BSOD and without having to reinitiate

when it leaves a continuous BSOD and the system seems to be unstable

Boot from a cd or floppy to test your hard drive and memory for any hardware problem. Those will never be fixed without physical replacement.

Run scandisk for any file corruption problem.

But first thing to do is (if possible and if needed) save any important data.

It all depends upon which BSOD you are getting how you fix it. If you can provide some details on the BSOD then you will get some much better answers.
