Missing Files in Setup after Nlited

I removed a few component from a SP3 integrated CD. During initial Setup when it start copying files, a message keeps pops up asking a file is missing do i want to ignore it or quit setup.

I recognized that files are from something i removed. However previously when i use Nlite i had never seen this screen before.

Is there something i missed?

I know this only from broken nlite sessions! Or if the CD is broken!
