emendelson
I've been using nLite for years, and it's spectacularly good - many thanks for it.Today I tried to set up an unattended install with an integrated SP3, and found a couple of minor problems, which may be related to SP3.First, in the unattended section, I tried to create a user in the Administrators group, but XP created the user as an ordinary user, with no administrative privileges. It was easy to fix after installing, but the nLite feature may need to be fixed.Second, in the tweaks section, any screen resolution setting was ignored. Again, not a real problem, but a small detail that might be worth fixing. Thanks again for this terrific program.

Selena
The only times I've had my resolution setting ignored was when I was using an unclean source. Are you using a completely clean one?
emendelson
You're right, I think - I believe I was using a source that had been modified earlier. Will try again and report. Thanks for suggesting this.Question while I'm here:Does an "unclean source" mean (1) a source that has had something integrated already (for example, by the WMP Integrator) or (2) a source that has already had tweaks, unattended settings, etc. applied? At the moment, I have a (legitimate) VLK source with WMP11 integrated but no tweaks, unattended settings, etc. applied. Should I use a completely clean source instead? Thanks again!
Selena
I think a source with just WMP11 integrated, without any hotfixes or other tweaks, should work just fine. Honestly, I don't know what's the exact cause(whether a specific hotfix or a specific tweak that "messes up") of that issue. Anyway, worst case scenario, a RTM disc will most certainly work without any issues. Good luck!
tthibodeau
I found the same issue with the user specified in nLite's Unattended settings not being added to the Administrators group. I'm using nLite 1.4.6.Thanks
